Petitions for county commissioner candidates and the Colorado Springs city petition lack a serial number. Look at the title of the Sigtrack window. If the petition is for a county commissioner or is a Colorado Springs city petition, enter 1
as the serial number. All other petitions require a serial number, so if you don't see one, flag it (after resizing the Scan window to see the complete form).
City and county petitions do not have a place for county. For the Colorado Springs petition, enter "e" for El Paso County. For the Denver city petition, enter "d".
The Colorado Springs petition does not ask for the circulator signing date, only the notary signing date. Enter the notary date as both the circulator signing date and the notary date.
