For Oklahoma, the shorthand is the first letter or number of the county above the circulator name, the circulator first name, last name, house number, street name, and city, followed by the full zip code. If the circulator name and street address are both missing, enter nothing more than a dash and save the file without looking at anything else. The shorthand should always be 11 characters in length unless the zip code is missing or the name and address are both blank.
Check the box if circulator signed.
If both city and village are circled, do not check that box.
Enter the date notarized. See the default specs for how to enter dates.
Confirm by ticking the checkbox if the notary wrote their commission expiry and commission number. If either are missing, do not check that box.
Check the box if the notary signed and the box if the notary stamped the form.
The notary shorthand is the first digit of house number, and first letter of the both the street name and city, followed by the full zip code. If the street address is missing, enter just a single dash. The notary shorthand should always be 8 characters unless the address or zip code is missing.
In addition to first and last name, Oklahoma requires two of the following three data points per signer:
Only if two or three of the required items are missing, mark as deficient using -z for missing zip. There is no -a0, -b0, or -z0. There is -ab0, -az0, or -bz0.
You are hard matching based on house number or birthday matching along with the first and last name.
Middle names cannot substitute for first names and would result in a non match. Double initials and abbreviated first names are deficient -n0. Although a street name is not required, if it is written it must match.
If the zip code is one of two data points available, it must match or else it is a non match tag.
