Signatures

Soft matching is a tad different. It requires the name being unique in the entire state, since there is no county separation, with the added requirement the person in the db be the same city as what's written on the petition. Optionally, after a last name/first name smart search, type a single space and a few letters of the city to filter results (e.g. smi joh chey for John Smith in Cheyenne). If the name is unique to the specific city, it's a soft match.

Printed name is not required if legal signature is clearly legible. Only use -n if there is no printed name and you cannot clearly read the signature.

City is not required as far as deficiencies are concerned, but it is impossible to soft match in Wyoming without it.
